Spectrums Gallery

Please click on the satellite orbital position below for its corresponding Spectrums. Most of these pictures were taken on 5/15/2025 (not 05/15/2024 as indicated on the display images!). The ones that look like line traces are older. The transition to new post-5G frequencies is pretty much completed now so these spectrums are fairly stable. I didn't get the Mexican or Canadian birds this time. The C-band LNBs have "blue" filters (4000-4200 Mhz) Span is set to 500 Mhz which is 50 per division. Images are centered on 1165Mhz L-Band as seen coming from the LNB. On C-band this corresponds to 3985 Mhz. Cutoff from the filters is pretty sharp there. You can ignore the DL frequency at the upper left. This just indicates where the marker is positioned. Also ignore DL frequencies on Ku band pictures. I didn't change the spectrum analyser settings for those. The images you see for all signals are what you would see on a spectrum analyser looking at the output of the LNBs. Note that on C-band, the spectrum is reversed on L-band, so downlink frequency starts at 4200 Mhz at the left side of the screen and goes DOWN to 3985 at the center of the screen. On Ku-band the left side of the screen is at 11700 Mhz going UP to 12200 Mhz at the right side of the screen.
